What Does this ultrasound Test Result Mean?

Hi, I am 32 weeks pregnant now, in my recent US, My BPD:88mm; FFL:62mm; AC:284mm; cervical length;26mm There is a comment in the report such as: Placenta-fundal, anteriorly & showed grade 1 maturity. Cephalic Presentation (ROA). My doctor said that my baby s head is down position and could expect delivery at any moment. So advised me to take rest at least till I complete 8th month. Is there any complications associated? If I have a premature delivery in 8th month, what are the impacts I have to face? Please Help, Im worried, its my first baby

Hi
I had gone through the question and understand your concern

As far as your usg report is concerned , there is no such abnormality , and the baby is absolutely fine.

Also the baby wont be having much complication won't be having much complications as 8 months pregnancy is not that early. Complications usually occurs when pregnancy is of less than 7 months. So , no need to worry about it.

Hope this information helps.
Wish you and your baby good health.
